Blackwood Interiors requires your consent to hold your data for the following purposes: we use your data for the delivery of our design services and administrating your account. Your data will be stored confidentially and securely and at any point you may withdraw your consent in writing, which will be acted upon immediately.

We use a limited amount of your data in our core business activities and this comes only from you. We use the lawful basis known as consent for holding your data. We limit this data to your name, existing home address and any new site address where relevant, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. We use this data to create estimate, invoices and orders, to carry out our services, on occasions we may contact you to inform you of our new collections and business news.  We will only share your data with relevant third parties for the delivery of samples, products and contractors involved in your installation as per your detailed estimate.

We require you to confirm your consent for us to store the data that you have previously provided.  If you don’t want us to keep your details, please tell us that you wish to remove your consent for us to store your data. You can contact us at any point to withdraw your consent and it is your right to have your data erased, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. If you wish to do this, please contact us and we will act on your request within 30 days.
